Warm Salads
| Mmm... I love German Potato Salad. Frankly, I have no idea if German Potato Salad really is a German invention or not. Ours is traditional: potatoes, bacon, vinegar, and usually served warm. It is soothing and delicious - and very, very rich. |
| We make a great, traditional Warm Spinach Salad. Well... it isn't really the spinach that's warm - it's the lovely dressing that's served with it. |
| Also - there's this great warm Red Cabbage Slaw - cabbage and apples and raisins, in a really nice warm cider vinaigrette. |
